Read More writing few important points about my overall experience. 1. Driver took long under construction route to save Rs. 100-200 toll tax. Just to save few bucks driver took long route and it took 10 hours (3.45 am to 1.45 pm) from Chandigarh to dalhousie in which 9 hours in hills. Because of these rough hilly roads my family fell ill and we reached hotel very late. This wasted my entire day. 2. Driver was also not aware of any iterinary and places to cover in sightseeing. He just aware about khajiar, I told him to visit denkund and Kalatop. He himself was not willing to cover anything. Although Vicky was very nice in arranging all the things and was in regular contact. I want to suggest only two things to him for his further growth in his business. 1. He should be aware of routes drivers are taking. Drivers often choose roads which are toll free. We as customer are paying huge amount to cover everything. 2. Iterinary should be shared with driver and it should be followed.
